Killing Winter is an adventure for the Brass, Blood and Steam, supplement for the SotC SRD. You will need Brass, Blood and Steam (also from UKG Publishing) and a copy of the SotC SRD in order to run it "as written", though it should be quite easy to adapt to any steampunk or generic games system.
