With A Question of Honor: A Guidebook to Knights, we offered an insight of knighthood into the depths of many gaming tables. With this book, we intend to do the same, however we wish to expand and present the vision of knighthood to e-publishers, gamers, and gamemasters looking to spruce up their home-brewed campaign website.
In Alea Publishing Group Studio Companion: Volume I, we accomplish this with a collection of fifty (that's 10 cents a piece!) black & white as well as color images. Each are copyright free and can be used without stipulations, legal hassle, or even the mention of us as your image provider.
In a slow growing .pdf industry we need to build consumer confidence and to do that we need to make sure that they have spent their hard-earned money on a product that they will enjoy. As a publisher of game related e-books, Alea Publishing Group understands the need for inexpensive, great art and although we have artists on staff, using these images and others like them frees them of heavy burdens of producing all of the art as well as adding a variety to a book.
For those of us who simply enjoy art, we can marvel once again at these great illustrators and take on another level of fantasy from these works. We have designed this product not only to be a tool for publishers but pleasing to the eye as well so that those of us who admire the talent of these great illustrators can peruse with pleasure.
Why a revision? First and foremost, from the feedback we recieved from our customers, a revision was an important step. What can be found in the revision: the same great art as before save that each black and white image is a 300 dpi .tiff file. The color images are 300 dpi .jpeg files. These images are provided seperately from the .pdf as well as inside the .pdf. In additions to the enhanced quality of the graphics the product is hyperlinked and booked mark for convienence. We understand we cannot please everyone, but it does not hurt to try. So enjoy!
