Starting a new game? Got the latest edition of your favorite game but are too busy to get something together for the game tonight? If so, then you're ready for a One Night Stand!

Before the westward migration and the trail of ten-thousand tears, before the plague of fire, before even the Giants' war against the Southern Gods, there lived a warrior unlike any seen before or since. Felgar—King of the Goblins!

He did not cower before the pink-skinned humans. He did not flee from the hammers of the dwarves. He never bent his knee to the elf lords in their treetop kingdoms.

No! Felgar raised the goblin race from the mud using just the strength of his good sword arm. He carved out a kingdom from the wilderness and brought the goblin race together as a single, unified people.

The day he died is still the blackest day in our history. And the day we forgot his burial spot was the day we were doomed to subservience...

The Forgotten Tomb of Felgar the Goblin King, is the first in the One Night Stand line, a new series of downloadable map tiles from Super Genius Games and OWC. It features fully-rendered map tiles that can be assembled into a battle-mat, a collection of standees to represent the various monsters and creatures needed for the action, and an adventure suitable for a single-evening's worth of game play. Like all One Night Stand products, The Forgotten Tomb of Felgar the Goblin King is suitable for use with any edition of the world's most popular roleplaying game or any other fantasy RPG.

Overall, this is a fairly decent product. The adventure is simple and presented in a way that is useful for multiple game systems at various character levels. I like the fact that all the "villains" are provided as miniature cutout standees, [...]

There are a lot of goblin kings in the Fantasy Realms. It seems that most low level quests are geared towards combating the evil monarch of the goblin lands. You would think that in all these years the goblins would move to a more democratic government [...]

I'm very happy with this product. The maps are excellent, and I like the extra tiles provided to hide sections of the dungeon until the players discover them. Some of the monsters were non-standard - goblin ghosts? - but it didn't take long to whip the [...]

This is a fun little one-off that could be easily thrown together for an evening's merriment. It might serve as an introductory adventure, or else be thrown iinto the middle of a campaign and a side quest. It's straightforward, albeit fairly uncomplica [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
