Outbreak: Undead - Errata and Index for Print.

Since the first printing of Outbreak: Undead for GenCon 2010; we have gotten a lot of great feedback our readers that we believe would help the OU community better. We have not changed any rules, just simply updated any clerical errors and made the clarifications necessary to better understand the game.
