Secondaries: Super Hero Supporting Cast is designed to assist gamemasters populate the supporting cast for their super hero role-playing game. Providing non-player characters that have a bit more additional background information, unique takes, and familiar elements of time-tested supporting character archetypes of the super hero genre, the gamemaster can add secondary cast members to his or her campaign that are not mere “cookie-cutter” non-player characters.
Secondaries 02 - PSI Files Edition features three non-player characters that offer more than just mere stat blocks:
Dr. Terra White - A beautiful and intelligent Xenology specialist assigned to the government's special paranormal investigation agency, who often feels closer to her extratterestrial subjects than fellow Earthlings.
Derrick Chase - A Pulitzer prize winning photo-journalist who lost everything when he published a controversial photo that a multi-billionaire did not find very flattering, who now uses his investigative skills for the government's paranormal investigation agency.
Colonel Philip Prowess - USAF officer who serves as the military liasion for the government's paranormal investigation agency. He's a career military man rooted strongly in procedure coping with the chaos of paranormal and meta situations.
Besides stat blocks and character background information, Secondaries offers a number of different suggestions on how to use the provided non-player characters in ways to fit any super hero roleplaying game.
While this edition of Secondaries makes specific references to the government agency PSI (Paranormal Security and Investigation) and the Grey Ops, the non-player characters presented here can be used in any super hero campaign and PSI Files: Grey Ops is not required.
