Jack the Ripper is in the middle of his crime spree. All England is holding their breath. Will he be caught? This game answers that question.
The players champion one of six players: The Ripper, the Inspector, Lady Coverup, Lord Brutal, Mr. Revenge and Pretty Nell. Each turn they pick a question to answer. The answers fill in the gaps of the case and move the police ever closer to an arrest. This is an Engle Matrix Game though, so "answers" do not automatically happen. Another play acts as referee to decide how likely an action is to happen. Then a simple die roll determins which clues become facts.
Jack the Ripper plays in around 30 minutes and is the perfect pre-game game. 2 to 6 people can play. My wife will play it so I know it's good for mixed company.
