A story is only as good as the characters that give it life. Cast of Thousands is a series of free supplements in support of Passages, the Blue Devil's game of literary adventure in the Victorian era. Each issue will focus on a single figure of literary note, offering a complete description of the character (from the original author him/herself), a Passages statblock, some new crunchy bits, and a couple of adventure seeds.
