Fifth-generation vampire Christopher Leach (introduced in the previous SLaw issue) is in Los Angeles for talks with Quagmire Pictures about starring in his own biopic, and Wolff & Byrd are there to handle the negotiations. But things go wrong when Leach's dinner date is found dead in the ladies' room with puncture wounds to her neck, and he ends of stealing a car and being in one of those patented slow-speed police chases on L.A. freeways. Everyone winds up at a cemetery, where things get really strange!
