It stresses playing your character's personality over success with the scenario, which is the main Wodehousian aspect. Players have several characters each, but only play one at a time, again somewhat Wodehousian. It tries hard to be very British, but being done by foreigners, commits numerous minor errors in this, most of which should be easy to fix. It has its own game system, which somewhat resembles Pendragon, although I think Pendragon with a custom trait list would actually fit the setting better. You could readily use BRP or GURPS, although the authors would rather you bought their boardgame for generating characters from the first half of the 20th century.
The Fallen, the antagonists that lie behind the Third Reich, are members of an advanced alien race of Beings of Pure Mind. They're the evil members of their race who use a crack in the metaphysical prison where they were put by the powers of their culture to possess humans. They've done this at various points in history. One can essentially consider them to be demons, and religious rites can affect them, along with those of spiritualism, traditional witchcraft, and so on. This rationale has the usual problems of supernaturally-driven Nazism.
There are a bunch of free scenarios at the website,
http://www.fallen.se/products/, and construction of new ones doesn't present any unusual problems. It's more interesting than most of the minor RPGs we covered in the WWII episode of Improvised Radio Theatre - With Dice! (http://tekeli.li/podcast/).
