Darkmook reaches a very difficult standart in paper miniature design. His miniatures are very easy to cut, and at the same time, have a very distinctive silhouette, that makes them very easy to identify in the game table.

This set has some very generic special service agents, that could stand for FBI, CIA, or any law enforcement or dark government agency that could be of use in a modern setting. And some very good mutants or aberrations that are clearly inspired by resident evil, but have as many different uses as the agents. This set have many options for being used as heroes and opponents alike.

I don't use this miniature for its intended game, but it is a great paper miniature. It has caracter, its pose has a posture that is natural but has an action feeling to it, it's very easy to cut and yet has a very distinct silhouette.

I printed it as it is, and with a little editing in a photo editing software, with my own country flag as part of her indumentary.

This is the best Bang-for-the-buck ratio in the line.

The Cyntek 1 bundle promisses a fleet of three ships in the same style of the previous Mercury Class (itself sold with other ships bundled). But these ships are just the beginning, the Axiom has a shuttle inside, and two passenger crafts, and the Inheritance is a modular ship that can split itself in five fully functional ships, from a small shuttle to a full armed cruiser with assault, science and command ships in between. With the scout the number of distinct ships in this bundle is an astounding ten ships with full deckplans. From a three person scout to a full cargo ship. Even if it isn't supported by the text I could easlly split the Axiom in two, with the upper decks being a general purpose ship and the bottom deck a cargo vessel.

Great variety of poses. from characters in personal combat to some that could be in military formation. with the option for multiple color schemes this set could generate a real bunch of samurai, from distinct armies to a colorful set to populate a japanese village. Every pose is full of movement and with backs too. Okumarts is the gold standart of character paper miniatures.

These miniatures are a perfect translation for the game table of these characters. The poses are perfect for action adventures, and exploring haunted manors full of undead, only this time they are loaded to better deal with the occupants!

Now this is something different from Reivaj. His fantasy minis are top-notch, but this is the first modern set from him. And they are great. The soldiers, in an attire that I presume is from WWII are in dynamic poses, some as if advancing on a beachhead or through urban combat, other a little more relaxed, but ready, as if on a dangerous patrol, or waiting for the enemy to turn on the next corner. The figures seem inspired in the green plastic soldiers, but with enormous attention to detail in his weapons, webbing and uniforms. Since they are uniformed and in helmets, there's little space for individual characterization, and yet we can distinguish in certain details who is the veteran, who is the green FNG. More distinct faces and skin colors would be welcome, as more types of weapons, but I can't find that to be a fault, only a tip for the next set.

Very good group of adventurers, including the first Dwarfs from Reivaj! I understand that this is kind of a personal set, being based on an actual group of characters, and, as such, the figures are full of personality. From a orc weapon merchant to a heavy drinker dwarf cleric and a scrawny druid with a were-rat form these figures tell a lot about these characters.

It's not the most beautiful set of starship deckplans out there, but it is usable, and the price is right.

This game is one of my favorites, perfect to waste an hour or an afternoon with every miniature you have!

The most remarkable feature of this game and its greatest quality is it's emerging complexity. By that I mean: The game is very simple, every unit has two stats that you use during the game, and some special rules, very easy to remember that modify the unit in some situations. With just that the game manages to be very strategic and new at each play. No two combats play the same, whenever you expect the tide of the battle may turn and you have to be prepared for that! The combat is easy to roll, fast and very engaging!

Simple rules, challenging gameplay, what's not to like?

A nice little spaceship perfect to be the first home of a group of adventurers. Old, beat-up, cramped, but is home! Small and common enough to not draw attention wherever it passes, yet it has space for weapons, smuggled cargo, hidden fugitives and adventure! I really liked the character bios that came with it, the crew makes the ship after all. And even if you use your own crew, the atmosphere that all that material creates is perfect to inspire your campaign.

Really a beautiful prop! this tower is a impressive piece to put on the table that is sure to make your players aghast.

It is a little harder to build than the rest of Fat Dragon Games models, that is sure, but the result is worth the work. Don't be afraid of building the 3D crenelations. Yes, there is a 2D version that is much easier to build, but the 3D ones make this piece stand out in a unique way. I have to say that this model isn't for the first time builder, for that go to the Guard Tower from the very same Fat Dragon. Once you have build one model like that you already should have an idea of how to approach a model like this.

A tip: I make all my models reinforcing them by gluing the sheets to cardboard from cereal boxes. The models build that way are resistant to whatever can happen to them on the game table.

A great set of chaotic warriors. There is a good variety of Beast-men troops in this set. From meek hooded Rat-men to enormous centauric Rhino-men, and everything in between, "loaded to bear" with plasma rifles and other ultra-tech weapons and armor. And a big menacing Chimera on top of that.

Myself, I plan using these minis as alien enemies on a X-COM table I'm preparing. Specially the Snake-men.

An excelent set of Sci-Fi figures with an oriental feeling. High-tech samurai armor and plasma weapons, meditating monks conjuring balls of lightning, black suited ninja, and the oriental dragon is really a figure to stand out.

Best thing about this model: it is super simple to build. The most complex way of building it is a simple box, and if this is too much work for you, there's the option to build it as a single 2D stand up. And yet after built it is very good looking, has a presence on the table.

Second best thing: it is designed for painting it with whatever color you want. Need woodland cammo? Get light brown and green felt tip pens. If you need it to go faster, get a red felt tip paint, and there it goes!

A really good set of miniatures! These Minotaurs are massive and imposing when compared to the other figures on the table. Good to make memorable encounters, more yet if after a tough fight with the Minotaur soldiers the party has to pass through the leaders like Angus the Black and Gregor the Conqueror (What is that on his hand? Is that a cannon!? OMG IT IS, RUN!!!)

My only critique is that the borders of the figures are a little weird and subdued, maybe an artifact of the scanning process in making these figures. Nothing that can't be fixed with a graphics editor, or even with a felt tip pen, after the figure is printed.
