Good collection full of top shelf art. Use of these images will raise the bar on DDG Games products.

LIKED: As with the others from this collection, the art quality is outstanding. The best I've bought in a collection of this type.

DISLIKED: Some duplicates in the various set. It's not a big deal at all; there's plenty of unique art.

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied

Good quality b&w sketches, I have used many of them. The artwork is in a consistent style, and suitable for graphics to break up text, and item cards.

LIKED: One of very few artists doing drawings of items and weapons.

DISLIKED: There is repetition of content across some of the later Arcane Publisher's Editions. Check out the demo before buying . . .

Great artwork. I've tried many other clipart packages, and I have to say that the Arcane Publisher's Edition packages are the best I've seen.

Being a small company, with a smaller budget, artwork can get expensive. Arcane Publisher's Edition 1 is a great way to overcome this expense. The artwork is great and the price extremely reasonable.

The bottom line up front: this is a superb product that is well worth the price paid! There is a nice mix of artwork that can easily be incorporated into a variety of products.

There are four character sketches and a number of items that obviously come from different cultural groups (including racial items such as elvish and dwarvish creations). The only thing missing are some critters and action scenes--but I am more likely to commission such material anyway.

Many of the pieces can be used as filler material--to fill that white space and add a bit of character to the page. But don't be deceived--the artwork is of sufficient quality that it can certainly stand on it's own as well. The challenge will be ensuring that the other artwork in the product meets the same high standards.

Easily one of the top three values I have purchased in the past year!
