A very useful product for D20 Modern players and fans, but best of all it is free. Can't beat that.

Mr. Logue does it again with another well thought out, incredibly dangerous and unique villainous NPC. If you are play a sea based setting this would be a great add-on to your campaign.

Interesting and somewhat useful if you don't know anything about criminal organizations and how they work. If you already know that you might want to pass on this one.
