The scan for this book IS of very poor quality. There is a streak down every page that's clearly a problem with the scanner. There's no way they should have put this up for sale in a condition like this.

I think most of the gangs can be used in a 2020 setting, there's a few that are 'over the top'. I simply can't recommend this book due to the scan quality. If they update the scan and clean it up, the rating will improve.

I love R.Talsorian's products. Well I use to anyway. Cyberpunk V3.0 was a hugh disapointment, this book makes it worse. The PDF file is of poor quality, and the colour of the book is off somehow. I bought the book hopeing there would be something I could use I my games, but all of the gangs seen to be this animie drek. CP 2020 gangs were allways a little odd, but this goes over the top. I wouldn't recomend that anyone running noir or hard scifi cyberpunk buy this book.
