The artwork on these Equipment Cards are great! The entire run of the cards (Talisman Studios Story Cards) is superb…. Really some very cool artwork and design!

I use these cards as handouts for my players (we mostly play D&D and Pathfinder from Paizo), when the group finds treasure or buys new equipment.

My players absolutely love the cards! – Much better to hand your players “real” treasure (via the Story Cards), than just read off a list of bland items notes.

With the Story Cards, the players get a good visualization of the item, and makes for some real excitement when the players divide up treasure, trade items between players, or even buy new equipment.

The Character Cards are Great! Great Idea, & Great art!

The art and borders on this set are great, also, the format (8 cards to a page) is the perfect size.

One critique/complaint on the cards though: The Logo on each card (upper right corner) ---- the logo is WAY too distracting and really takes away from the art of the card! The company Logo is already on the front page of the PDF document, it really does not need to be on every single card - it almost ruins the cards for me.

I would have given a 5-star rating if the Logo on the front of the cards was not so distracting.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend the character cards! (and any future sets they come out with).

This set (Tavern Folk: Set One) is pretty good - the 2nd set they have put out (Tavern Folk: Set Two) is even better.

I think the art and especially the borders on the second set are the best. Also, the format (8 cards to a page) on the second set is the perfect size.

Two critiques/complaints on this set (Tavern Folk: Set One) though:

The company Logo is already on the front page of the PDF document, it really does not need to be on every single card - it almost ruins the card for me.

This is the best map/cartography product I have ever purchased - Bar None! 9and I own all the SkelletonKey Games maps - which are also great - but this one is better than any SkeletonKey maps out there)

The art is great (really top quality)! The Layout - Uncomparable! (much better than ANY Inn or tavern map/cartography product out there) The write-up (Inn background & description) is superb!

Details, details, details.... there all in this product - from the outhouses (which are usually absent from any other Inn or tavern map/cartography out there)... to the rugs, the desks, the cellar, the hayloft, fireplaces... and even a stage for performers/bards, etc. You can really tell quality products when they elaborate on all the great detals!

BRAVO Ki Ryn Studios! - Looking forward to your other "fantasy" themed map/cartography releases.
