Most of the material with the exception of the story is reprinted information. The pre-planned story is alright though.

Probably the worse written and least useful of the Changeling books, the rules in the front are available in other C:tD books and the scenario that makes up most of the book is just damn awful (not to mention canon breaking).

Still, it's got a nice cover!!
