Tudor House Paper Model

A ready to print model that looks quite complex with the dormer windows but in practice reduces to a series of boxes which fit together really well.

A really great and cheap addition to any wargames or fantasy model layout.

BORDERLAND KEEP: Deluxe Edition

An excellent package with more than just a keep, walls and tower also included so enough to make a small stronghold, v. useful for gamers like me doing historical medieval.

I also got the freebie pack which converts the keep proper into a dice tower - much more random than using an egg cup to roll them!

All in all good value, well produced and reasonably simple to assemble.

Quaint House Paper Model

A simple model which looks good whether made all half timbered or stone lower floor and half timbered upstairs.

Only thing to look out for on the layering is that to delete the plumbing switch off "Window 6" as this is the toggle for the pipework.

Asylum Paper Model

Terrific model for those who have mastered the basics and the use of layers gives a good range of finishes. I didn't fit any balconies and finished it in stone to butt up along side the the town wall and gatehouse.

I printed on the heaviest card my printer could handle but because of the height I felt it still needed reinforcing all over with foamboard (easier than making the reinforcing bars included in the kit). I also glued the base onto some heavy duty plastic to make it more stable and less easily knocked over.

A pretty basic model, but for a freebie you don't expect the Whitehouse!.

It was easy to put together and looks pretty good when finished, my only real criticism would be the lack of "flanges2 at the bottom of the walls to be used to glue to a baseboard.

All in all a good starter model to get into more complex buildings.
