Evocative and reusable. I used it with success for Marvel Heroic's Breakout intro and Eclipse Phase in an abandoned ship I've also reused the final corridors to extend. A very versatile and detailed map (apologies to my workplace for all the colour photocopier ink I keep using after hours)
To start I'm not a GM screen kinda guy by and large. But this is both beautiful and useful. There aren't a lot of rules for Numenara and what ones there are are intuitive and easy to use, but it's good to have some useful tables and advice right there at your fingertips. And the artwork ... wow. I'm not sure about the other reviews but there is NO watermark or blemish on my pdf. I'll mount them on foam core from my local art store and put them to use.
Great product. Pretty and has a basic feel to make it appropriate for a variety of settings. I've used other companies dungeon dressing tiles to spice this up in different was so that I can use a room multiple times and my PC's think its entirely two different tiles.
I was a bit perplexed that with some tiles (sewers I'm looking at you) there were no angle tiles, till I realised you can make your own by cutting straight tiles on a 45 degree angle and matching up.
What a great product. Very comprehensive and I've even used it in a Noir fantasy setting. It shines in modern though. Incredibly comprehensive, you can use as much or as little as you like to give clues to your players. I was amazed by how much material there was (and human physiology is my RL profession). The format is gritty and typewriter style so feels 80s but appropriate for current gritty horror.
