Listen, I'm gonna be straight with you here. L5R's RPG isn't for everyone. Try this out before you actually buy anything to see if it's for you but i gotta tell you, it's a lot of fun if you can hack it.

In this you'll find all the basics about how to play laid out, the core flavor of rokugan introduced and a colorful beginner's scenario to play through. Everything you need to decide if this is an RPG for you.

does what it says on the tin, 10x10 hex grid. print it out raw and scribble in your own map or crack open photoshop and overlay it on something that looks better than a duck painting with it's feet.

If you really need a reason to buy this, here you are: It's free.

Oh, you're still reading? Fine. XTRO:1945, while an april fool's product is not so much a joke as an early holidays gift to players, providing them with several of the machines of war that decided one of the pivotal war of mankind and the rules necessary to bring them into the full battletech game.

Why would you want to fight vintage WWII armor and air assets against advanced bipedal war machines armed with high-yield directed energy weapons and powered by fusion power plants, you may ask. If so, maybe you're here by mistake. Maybe you don't like giant stompy 'mechs and clicked on the link because you thought you saw a WWII tank and hoped to find a new historical wargame to play. I'm terribly sorry in that event, but you can always limit yourself to the armor forces in this product, build historical maps yourself and have some fun that way.
