The first thing I usually do when I come across a new game is make a character to see how it goes. The authors were not kidding when they said it was FAST! I made the character while reading, and was still done within fifteen minutes. From there I began reading through more of the system, only to find that is not the only place the authors wanted this system to be brisk with. Combat and skill checks are elegant and straight forward, and removing many of the rolls from the GM side helps take the pressure off.

Add to all of this the absolute wealth of information you get out of a FREE product, like adventure and dungeon design, I will be keeping an eye on this line! I love what I have seen, and can't wait to see more:)

This is by far a product of ridiculous quality for the price! As a publisher myself, I couldn't believe what I was looking at when I saw it. This book is not only thorough, but very well laid out. The art is more than competent, and the writing fluid. I can't strain myself enough to explain what an amazing product this is, and at a price of $0.00, I can only wonder why you are still reading this and haven't gotten it yet?

You can really the AHC line taking shape here. If you were a fan of Iron Bay, you will love this! More backstory, gear, characters, and concept art make this a must have for M&M, and AHC fan!

As a shout out to some of our favorite comic book hero's, and as a great M&M character, you can't beat this for the package and the price. The character information is as complete as you would want for a game, and you get the added bonus of two pieces of art. I will be using avenger in my games for sure!

The first thing that is apparent about the author is the one thing you want in an author. A deep love of the game. Pulling from his own gaming past, Louis puts together a vision of Iron Bay that is as complete as any I've seen. The mix of real world imagery and his own creative art style lend an air of realism to the setting. I personally appreciate some of the chances he took here, and can't wait to see the next evolution of Iron Bay!
