Overall a nice addition to the stacks of resources that GMs must accumulate in order to run a long-term campaign. If you've ever done so, you know what I'm talking about!
This map pack has roughly 50 pages which covers two areas (both square and hex grids are provided). Overall the quality of graphics is good (color depth, detail, use of color and texture, etc). I found a few things that struck me as "odd", but they could be related to how I typically use maps and maybe won't apply to others.
For instance, the shadows for the walls of the cavern are "outside" the cave rooms and "inside" the rock of the hillside. That produces a strange visual effect for me. It was likely done so that the interior of the rooms weren't too dark (or perhaps for other reasons) but it's distracting for me. I plan to use these maps with an online VTT (MapTool) so the players will never see the solid parts and it won't matter, but for others it might.
The areas seem to "float" above the rest of the map, which is fine, but I would expect caves and hollow chambers to be "inset" into the plane of the map. Again, probably just a personal perspective.
The summary at the end of the booklet that describes which pages contain which pieces and how those pieces should be put together is handy. The overview maps are probably enough to figure it out, but having it explicitly spelled out is always a good idea.
So I'm rating it 4 out of 5 (I'd prefer 3.5 out of 5, but that's not an option). It'll be eminently usable by any and all GMs -- and it does have some great dungeon dressing -- but the above visual artifacts were a bit much for me.
