Superb town house, with two storeys plus the basement, and optional dungeon connection. Although it is for a specific scenario it could be used as a generic townhouse with a garden. All you would have to do is add some furniture to the empty rooms, and away you go. Actually a few optional chairs tables/beds would have been nice, but I think I will just cut some out of Inns/Taverns set to use.

I hope there will be more townhouses and buildings like this for sale in the future. Great work !
