This is a solid, playable set of table-top naval rules. Air units may be a bit over-simplified, but otherwise a good set for someone interested in quick-play rules. Extensive naval unit listings provide a lot of variety.

The download includes all of the counters in the sold-separately Victory at Sea counter set. I’ll quibble a little with their choice of a fairly hard to read type face on the counters, but they are otherwise good artwork and in full color.

Quite happy with this one.
