An excellent book! The classes look to be geared towards low level PCs attaining a prestige class. Keep in mind, that by low level, I mean under tenth level. Some of the prestige classes are 5 levels, while others are 10 level careers.
Each class has a sample NPC or organization to help DMs better fit the classes into their game. A university is even described! Yet another thing to spend my characters gold on!
In addition to the classes, Mr. Lynn has included several neat magical items. The animated cloak should help keep your PCs covered up. A whole new category of feats is uncovered here, Sorcerous Ancestry. This category of feats covers some interesting tricks involving a sorcerers bloodline. Several new dieties are described, as are the Slime and City domains. A couple of new ceremonies, and alchemical items round things out.
And remember, LONG LIVE THE SISTERS OF THE ROSE!
