Okay, that review was just out of line. First, the proper place to complain would be customer service, not trashing White Wolf's product because someone else - not them - screwed up. And second, you just trashed the product's rating, again for no reason.
The White and Black Treatises are great for any Exalted ST or player, giving a wide range of spells and a lot of background information to use in building a campaign. And I had absolutely *no* problem downloading it.
