Like many of the other 2e books, the Abyssal book is a big step in the right direction. Doing far more to distinguish Abyssals from Solars, it also adds a great deal of depth to the latticework of espionage webs and loyalties that lie outside Creation. For anyone who loved the 1e Abyssal book, prepare to love em all over again. :-)
