This is just what an evil DM/GM needs to remind the Players that they run in a world that doesn't revolve around them! Reminds me of a few laws a still on the books for many states in these here United States. Just check out the law about a puddle of water on a lawn for more than three days. Can't remember the state that law is in, but I know it's still there. The best thing I like abut this product is the Probable cause for the law! The law is't stupid if you know the why behind it! Oh yeah, the puddle law? It's about mosquito breeding prevention. Good job!
