Clever and amusing in places. However it could have been better. History has been filled with interesting and crazy taxes and tariffs, yet the author seems to have chosen to invent their own on the fly rather than try to do the research.
Worth having at this price, regardless.
LIKED: Great idea. And could be a neat reference and source of information.
DISLIKED: Pathetic production values. Lacks research. No real fantasy feel to it; I'd have liked to have seen a variety of innovative magical or fantasy themed taxes and tariffs.
